there are some guys who you wish were writing a blog and that the link was available... would love to get into DIG saheb's head and figure what prompted the decision to move back to padhai.... an IPS after 20 years of work typically hopes to move to the IAS cadre and get a plum Home ministry post.
Cheeta hoga. All views my own...expressed with reference to the context of the impending pre MBA entrance interview.

MR Surya Prasad SIR,
I hope and pray that you are reading this thread and request you to register at PG.com for our benfit so that we can hear from you and get to learn straight from the horse's mouth...
I may not have been fortunate enough to study alongside you at IIMA and meet you but I will definitely want you to show us the way as you are an inspiration and a torch bearer not only for us youth but for every middle aged Indian who did not live his dream of studying when he was of age because of many reasons.....
I also slaute you for the acheivement of not letting hurdles burden you down as you have given 3 applicantions in successive years to the Department you work for each time not only clearing the CAT but also ensuring final admits from all IIMs..
It takes steel to continue in the post of Police and still appear for the exams and pursue the MBA only after permission from the government...
ONce again SIR congratulations on your placement to RPG group and hope to see you lead the way for many more of India's stalwarts who chase their dream....
Pranav
PS: waiting to hear from you on PG as a registered member

Man this is awesome .....
Just when u thought u have seen everything comes a shocker .. this is amazing .. I thought that to crack cat after 5 years of being miles away from books is really tuff , then this should have been impossible , but this guy did it ...
so when there is a will there is a way ...
the important point is to never let go of ur dreams and aspirations .... and never ever lose sight of ur goal ...
I am going to get a call from blacki this year .have made up my mind , will do whatever it takes ...
I have it in me to pull teh cat by its whiskers ..
DIG sahib , u have got urself a chela all ur life
@pranav .... agreee with u , would like him to share his views and suggest tips here...

I would be curious to know the kind of profile Mr. Surya was offered(he is batch of 2004-06, rite?). Or rather put it as: was IIMA able to fetch a justifiable job for him!!
ps: IIMA still doesnt come out with placement details, is it under compilation or they stopped that also, just like B school surveys! What's obvious is obviously wrong

SIr has got the highest package in domestic placements arnd Rs 34 Lakhs and he has gone to RPG group as a PRoject Manager for the company and He will be the nationwide head of projects..
However things are slightly dicey as he has applied to the department to allow him extraordinary leave for 5 years so that he can work in the corporate world and rejoin his duty
Now thats what I call.... Patriotism and service to the nation..
WEll done SIR keep up the good work.. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to pranav10 For This Useful Post: | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
