Though I always doubted but here you have proved again being impulsive beyond need. So what if someone has said something not of your taste or about your coveted alma mater, if it doesn't appeal to you fight it or leave it.
I understand you need time and may be by tomorrow you'll edit your post and goes without saying that I'll follow the suit.
But never ever tell that PG is because of any-one particular individual and anyone here can do/say things to make the rest puys like you leave after making "so called" last post.

Even if people here consider that such a thing is incorrect and unacceptable, can we really do something about it? it is not that we can change the world by writing an article. such things at least help them to question themselves. if all that is just camaraderie then great. say so. say everything is fine and PG misunderstood. if it is something bad they were doing and didn't realise till now, fine. say so. say you didn' mean it. all that would have been classy responses. instead all i see is abuses and more and more of them.

U mean to say that, u dont know what the word competition means, u dont know what it feels to support your college, your organisation, your country, u dont know how companies beat the hell out of their competitors, they spend crores and crores on advertisement..u know y ?? Just to get that edge over the competition

as i told in my earlier post - swearing for fun or based on the heat of the moment is understandable. not encouraged but understandable.

swearing so as to gain a point over your opponent isn't . that as a strategy so that ppl coach their juniors on how to do this isn't acceptable mate.

I really don't understand what you mean by classy here. And what do abuses mean? I don't think I have hurled abuses here. All I have said is that I am disappointed.

And i am talking as a member of PG who has supported it in every new step it has taken. I just feel that this particular article doesn't subscribe to the standards we have set here. If you feel this is an abuse, then so be it.

PS: Have nothing personal against anyone. And neither do I intend to quit PG

I opened the pagalguy found this thread on the very first page, thought this might be the work of a newbie went directly to give some gyan to him/her as to how to behave rationally at PG.Read some the heated disicussion and surprised to think that what the hell mod is doing till now, and guys I was really really shocked to know that thread itself is started by a MOD......ok then thought before passing judgement let me see what exactly there in the video downloaded and seen it. I really do not want to pass on any judgement but yes i was not shocked to see the video...........
if not exactly this then something similar and in different form used to happen at any B-school leave alone XL n IIM C. Though i personally do not support this type of activity i dont mind either may be because i have seen enough of this and become indifferent to that sort of act.
either people sitting at pg office dont know what happens at B school or they just want cheap publicity..........

please we are not here for the moral policing( tax of the poor nation etc etc ), had it been like this we would have been gone to politics......remember best mind will always produce result whether it is good thing or bad thing(like at above mentioned video clip)
if you have noticed at the thank n groan trend most B schooler has thanked on the post which has criticised the strating of the thread n vice versa( no offence meant to anybody just my personal observation)

puys this is the place that is very close to not only my heart but to many others and we would not like this place to be turn out a amphitheater of politics and moral policing, that would create a bad reputation..........
If MOD, alwyn and other people think they are the owner of this thread and will run it as the way they would like.............then fine ban us afterall we are not paying for anything and we are not customer...............

Hope PG headquarter will be rational and logical next time

as far as i know competition has to be fair and square. i play with all my strength and even then if i can't beat my opponent i will accept his victory. i won't throw my ethics into dustbin so as to win. playing fair and square is my way. if that means according to you i cannot win anything in this 21st century,so be it.

but my understanding is B-Schools give lots of importance to ethics. i suppose they even teach them as part of course. once pendyal told me the punishment for copying an assignment at IIMA. it is really harsh cause they give that much importance to ethics.

i suppose the bschool students agree with me regarding the importance of ethics.
