Lightbulb Me and myself - 10-02-2006, 01:01 PM

Hi puys,
lets get into the scary stuff - wat r the things u shud say for the question
"Describe about yourself"
and how much? wat r the things u shud avoid? can u make statements like "i was the class topper all over my school days", esp wen u cant show any proof (other than cups and trophies wich u cant carry to an interview )?
wud u have to tell them abt the names of schools and colleges u studied?
how shud u finish off the introduction? (assuming tht u start by telling ur name!!!)

hasta la vista,
deepak

Its really true of not pulling out things from the closet and keeping them close. I have a bad experience in my current job and if they pull out the details then God Help Me.

Hey people

Well sometimes taking things at its face value might help in focusing hard on that particular thing. The same things applies to any interview one faces.

great stuff indeed was quite informative!!
but talking abt interviews dont you all feel that interviews which mostly are one time sessions are inappropriate to decide the fate of a candidate !! I personally feel there should be a more robust approach when it comes to selections....
HR people in case if you ppl can crack this one up !! thumbsup to you all
