help needed from IIM - I EXEC PGP alumini guide

may thro light on pro n cons of program
my quaries are
1. is program well taken up by industries
2. is it good for mid-term career shift
3. job prospects after completion of course
4 how can e compare course wrt others ( excluding ISB and IIM A PGPX )
