Loans n jobs after mba

Hi

i am planning to get an mba in marketing (currently working as a SE).
i)How long will it take to repay the loans after an mba in US ,considering an average job n an average salary.(pref from some1 who has done this already)
ii)Is a job assured after completing an mba from the top50 colleges? (USA)

if this has been posted b4 plz direct me to the rt thread as i havent been able to find 1.
