You, need to look for big 5 consultants where the corporate finance advisory has a finance and ppl mgmt/client interaction role. Usually a good MBA and/or CA (Ist chance)/CFA is asked for.
I-bank KPO's usually dont have enough ppl/interaction roles till you go up the ladder to mid-mgmt level. Pure I-banking do have ppl/client mgmt, but then you need to be in top slots of IIMA/B/C/L/ISB etc.
