10kb is very very less ... when i compressed photo below 10kb, its quality got so bad even i was not able to recognize myself

so finally i downloaded form ... filled it offline and couriered it ..

they should have made it 30Kb least ...

Dude, you see your display pic? Your avatar? That's 6kb. They can use that size too.
But I guess something went wrong with the compression. So, nevermind.

I had received the Alliance prospectus which ,mentions the last date for submission of completed form to reach b'lore as 8th of Feb . whereas someone here mentioned that it is 25th Jan i.e. today , please clear up the ambiguity . I had mentioned Alliance in the list of 5 collages which has to be filled up in the MAT form.

I'm very sorry if any such query has been previously answered , it may have escaped my attention despite an effort to search the previous pages of this thread.

as far as i remember,uploading the pic isnt necessary,cuz its not one of the mandatory columns... though i may be mistaken

Hey guys at Alliance please check..... I am going to send the filled Alliance form today.... I dont understand when u people say the last day is 25 Jan..... Is it that the DD should be taken before or on 25th Jan... Please clarify so that i dont waste my money if it is not going to be accepted.
Also, i am going to apply with my XAT marks. i've got 90.89 percentile with 99.29 in eng. if we are to apply with our XAT scores, wont they be extending the dates for submission as XAT results although have come early were supposed to be out on 30 Jan???? Please please respond ASAP.

the mandatory disclosure says avg placement is 8.25
min 5.95
max 10.25

where as on thread i have read seniors posting it as 6 L only( avg) ...why the variation??????

one more thing , if people at alliance have clubbed the international placement with domestic one, then only avg pay will rise not the min pay package( 5.95)????

i have recieved a cal from alliance but m not sure abt filling it up, plz reply asap as last date of 8th feb acc to the letter i have recieved is fast approaching.
