I wanted to know my chances...
Acads
X - 91.33 (ICSE)
XII - 92.5 (HSC Maharashtra)
Engg - 67.7 (Mumbai univ)

9 month work exp in IT industry
Decent Xtra curriculars

I also wanted to know the median packages and the highest packages.
Also what are the fees?

hi sushant you can check our websites Welcome to Bharathidasan Institute of Management - Reputed MBA School in India for last year's placements statistics.
well, here is a snapshot of the same.. Max offered last year - 10.2 lacs, avg - 7.02 lacs, median - 6.75 lacs..

but this is only last year's.. for this year's info wait till december 12th.. official results ud be declared by dec 12th..

dude.. OA 114 - 135 ud fetch u certainly above 93 %ile i guess.. but chk other threads for knowing ur more accurate %ile. well, as we've been posting in the previous threads, with a %ile arnd 92 - 93 %ile and for ur score in academics, u shud definitely get a GDPI call.. apply and hope for the best..

well, for placement statistics this year wait till dec 12th.. last year's details: avg - 7.02 lacs, median - 6.75 lacs, max - 10.2 lacs.. this year's details can't be revealed now until we release it officially..

tuition fee around 4.2 lacs (for 2 yrs) for us.. + add the monthly mess and other expenses put together ud reach arnd 5 - 5.2 lacs..

here are a few insights related to my GD/PI

1) Mostly GK topics...based on current issues...
2) Your communication, leadership and team building skills are looked upon.
3) Your body language is also observed

Regarding the PI...

if u ve workex then ur PI should be based on your workex and a few personal details...

if u are a fresher then ur PI should be based on your UG and a few personal details..

incase u need to knw anything more..do let us know

hey soumya...

well you must look at what your percentile would be with the overall score..u can check Gejo's thread to get an idea of your percentile...

we at BIM dont look at sectional cutoffs till now....

last yr the percentile was 94% for general category..
