So here we r d 1st batch of IMT Dubai
Its almost 3 months since we arrived in dubai.........
Life has totally changed.....late nite studies,presentations,assignments,case studies,seminars n all..........welcum 2 d world of management........done wid our mid-sem,nw lookinf fwd 2 our end sem starting frm 17/12.........
I no every1 going uuh aah abt dis coll but its only 1st yr n we r trying our best 2 make dis a success........remember wat we do 2day ll be followed 2morrow..........

So now the admissions for 1 year executive program,jan intake has started...........already functional is 2 yr full time MBA program having strength of 102 with a batch profile of 25 % engineers n 75 % having commerce background.......here we have 80% as d passing mark.......wid 4 credit subjects per semester apart frm odur non credit subjects.In jan we ll be shifting 2 block 6 of academic city,dubai...........as it's near completion.Summer internship interviews r scheduled in feb/07.......so looking fwd to it....hope it helps every1

End semester exams r scheduled frm 17/12....so every1 is busy in d last time preparations...Also last week,attended a series of seminar's,begining with HRM Policy,den GO magazine founder talks abt enterpreneural skills.......n so on,pretty hectic schedule as exams r also cuming................

this is our first batch so currently we people working for our summer placements which may be starts from mid feb..................so it is to early to say anythng bout placement

Hey we have initial placement work goin on since 3 months n now time has come 4 d summmer placemnts,it will start from mid feb onwards.As its an international B SCHOOL so rite now we r much focussed on placement in middle east,europe,US,n if a good offer comes from India den we will also go 4 it.........so watch out 4 more in this section

hello everybody, just have a query reg imt dubai fee structure. there are 2 diff fee structures given at website. at the homepage under mba day full time, it says the total fees comes appx to 60000AED, and if u click the program menu and fee structure, it comes appx to 110000AED. can some one tell me the correct tution fee, hostel fee and the total fee for 2007 mba.

1100000aed fee structure is correct one according to which we pays .if dere is any change in fee structurefor next batch so we r not till updated......but..........i will draw managemnet attenntion toward this mismangement so very soon u will get updated and corrected fee structure

Hi,watever u have seen on d website is true,AED 60,000 is d fees for 1 year,dis they haven't mentioned i.e AED 60000 for 1 year n AED 60000 for the next year in a 2 year full time MBA programme.Also dere is a gud news tht in sep.07,we r going to shift into our own hostel premises,d work has already been started.Rite nw dey hav rented 12 villas for our accomodation.Hope i hav clarified u........

Well it will be nice if u can keep us giving the details acount of the happening at IMT Dubai.
It will be very helpfull for the aspirants.

Ok now the queries:

1. How much suould one expect to spend for 2 yrs including all the small and big expenditures there ? U can give some rough idea ,if not the exact figure. apart from 14.xx lac ,how much more shud one be ready to shell out for 2 years?

2. I guess there is no One year course anymore. right ? Now its only 2 year MBA?

3. How has the journey been so far, wht abt the faculty , guest leactures.?

4. What abt the summer placements? Have the kicked off and if yes share some details.
