You said one of ur friend has his GI on 8th Apr. Is that correct. WHat do you think about SPJain coming up with the first selection list today? Do they intend to select in bunches based on as many interviews they've conducted?

1) were you called for a 3rd round ?
2) whats your cat %le ?

Hi sivaram,I also got a call from SPJ and my interview is on 16th of Jan..Can u please tell me in detail about the interview rounds and what are the selection criteria for clearing these rounds..

Hi people,

Congrats to all who have got SPJ calls. But i dont understand on what basis these calls have been given out. Could you please post your profiles ?

Here's mine:
Xth - 90.33%
12th - 87.8%
Engg - 9.1 GPA
Work Ex - 1.5 years in TCS
Extra curriculars - Social work, Creative writing

I felt I deserved a call among the 1500 odd people who have been shortlisted. Any idea whats going on ?
