First of all.......my condolences to all those who did not get a call from the iim's this year....this includes me also.

this was my second attempt at CAT....really thought this was my year..but not to b.

But have decided this is not gonna break me gonna try even harder next time and again till i get it.....somewhere.....some iim

just wanna wish all the regular repeaters....... my kinda luck well they r competition anywayz

Appeared for the CAT this year ( 1st attempt) din make it to the IIMs... instead got calls from IIFT, SP Jain, TAPMI,NMIMS,.. rest to follow...
I am a fresher.. Just got placed in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)..
So.. another take on CAT 2004.. But it's gonna b tough working and preparing.. any suggestions to lighten the load..???

Hi Vijai,

I wrote the CAT for the third time this year.. (4th if you include cancelled CAT ).

First time...had applied to NIM and GIM -- Got calls from both but could not convert them.. .this was when I was in final year of Grad..

Then was in 2002 when I was working..!! Did not apply to any college...thot would be able to get atleast IIM call --- got 90 percentile...!!

Then this year...!!

The same scenario nothing new. This time applied to lotsa colleges. Attended GD/PI of

NMIMS
XIMB
GIM

Have two other calls

SPJIMR
TAPMI

Waiting for other two calls

MDI-HR
KJ Somaiya

Apart from IIMs and SCMHRD, had 100% call ratio. Lets see about final call ratio.

Hi,
Wrote Cat twice(thrice including the the cancelled one).
First year got calls from Tapmi and SpJain. Cudnt attend the SPJain cos my B.Com exams clashed and then got the final call from Tapmi but dint join.
Second year:Only calls from Spjain and Nmims ,waiting for final calls from both of them..
Decision on wat to do after June(irrespective fo getting calls or not):Pending
