I have no idea what you are talking about and am too lazy to open that link (a pdf on top of that).

Why don't you write smth with a small excerpt - describing what this is? And perhaps you could have continued with some other thread (say your other thread on blogging - i don't know if this topic would fit there or not - but i guess it would)?
