Where can I get the details about the meet? Is everyone on PG invited for it?

Btw am trying to dangle the carrot of sponsorship and trying to entice many oldies and some newbies to come for this. But my concern is the numbers right now look 70 plus and the limit is just 80? Is the 70 "confirmed" or "depends-on-which-side-of-the-bed-I-wake-up-that-day" types? I mean can the resort (and budget for those not willing to self sponsor . I am game for self sponsorship ofcourse)) handle if there is an excess? If not then I will have to curtail my canvassing

But having said that I think it is a very fair distribution of the sponsorship amount ( I just estimated a ball park figure ) which does average out cost to-each party. Good job there!

I am not even sure whether I can make for the meet till today as I am trying to get out of the personal commitment that day but things should "hopefully" be ok

But what is the check in time like? 24th afternoon to the 25th afternoon?

Danke! We can stretch this 80 figure a bit for self-sponsored people. That means, they are on their own, even accommodation and food has to be paid by them.But surely before 20th, since we need to inform the resort guys in advance.

Just a little note of interest, the resort will be fully ours 6 PM onwards from Saturday till next day. So no more boring families around or fear of kids getting crushed under monsterkartik

70 is more or less confirmed.Since except Bangy puys people are coming from different places, they have to plan, and so we have to too.
Check in time is 24th afternoon

Also guess different ppl are going to come from different places and time..can we perhaps rent couple of minivans in the city for the day just for internal transportation?

Yes Sir..It includes Food + Accomodation....

Regarding the Local transportation, I should get back to you all shortly as we are working on it ......

All of you , please book your tickets asap and PM Harsharocks with your flight details.Do not delay this since we will be reimbursing Rs 6000 or 75% of the ticket amount, whichever is lower.
