You have move on from dwelling on your scores. It's done. You cant change it. You might have had a tough day that day. Its fine. Concentrate on the things you still can work on - Interview questions, current affairs and current market knowledge. Work on them to make yourselves better. This will automatically lead to better overall candidature profile.
So work hard towards your upcoming interviews. All the best.
how to download the call letter?
@ViNaYaK.ShEnOy and others - I have been shortlisted for interview but I am currently posted in Dubai. In my application I had mentioned Skype as my mode of Interview(there was an option for Skype). However, there was no such option when we had to choose the interview city last week. I mailed/called the Admissions team multiple times and did not get any response from them before the dead line for choosing the interview location. So I went ahead and chose Jamahedpur as the interview city as a placeholder and kept mailing them about my predicament. 3-4 days back I received a response from the Admission team asking me to wait. Also, I could finally reach out to the Admission helpline and the person who attended the call told me that Skype interviews would be held at the end( towards March end) and the final date would be communicated to me.
Do you think if the interview is held towards the end of March with the final result not being far away it can affect my chances of selection? I am worrying whether XLRI would have already completed selecting the required number of candidates before I am interviewed.

First things first... a big thank you to the brandcom team for extending their help between their tight schedule and especially when Xlerate was on...
Interview Date: 28 Feb
Slot: 1:45
Total Members: 10 (2 Absent)
Panellist: 3 (1 Sister 2 Gentlemen)
I was the last one to attend the interview in the slot.
Questions:
1. Tell me something about yourself? (Please note how you answer this question sets the flow of the interview. Script it, by heart it, rehearse it till it becomes fluid and natural)
2. More about my work profile? (Strategic Media Planning, 6+ years of work ex)
3. Awards and extra-curricular?
4. who’s all there in the family? (In the whole serious ambience, the Sister throws a personal questions which kind of caught me off guard! I was all set to deal difficult googlies and she throws an under arm!!)
5. The third panellist, about whom I heard was the sternest one from the other member.... "This guys is very senior! Why don’t you do some certificate course from these other colleges in Mumbai? You can do it over the weekend.. Why waste time in a one year prog? (Basically why XLRI and why One Year prog?
6. My acads have been below average, so the panellist who have been ushering the candidates into the interview room questions about the same. "Explanation on academic performance?"
7. Lastly... "Would you like to ask us anything?"
I had carried my CV, certificates of awards etc., and my laptop as well to showcase a few case studies which had won awards in a few media industry award functions... at every opportunity I got I offered to showcase them... but they politely declined...
No form filling, no submissions, a simple interview session where they thoroughly assess the candidate...
PG has been a repository of knowledge through the years of my MBA preps...

Hi @PGDM-GMP , I have a query related to Sabbatical option. I have observed that Interviewers were enquiring whether we have Sabbatical option or not. If yes please opt for it as the coming year is election year and market is volatile so better to have an option in hand. Now my query is if we opt for Sabbatical from our current organization will there be any restrictions imposed from participating in the Placements round?

Close to sixty students placed. Also great convocation ceremony.
How is the placement statistics of GMP?are all the students placed?Bcoz in my interview the panel said that only 33% have been placed so far then.

Request clarification on " In case of multiple mark sheets in graduation or post graduation, kindly create a single pdf before uploading."
Is it for the semester patter courses or the First Year and Second Year mark sheets are to be uploaded as well.
I did BSC - Stats and have only one mark sheet in the final year, so do excuse the naive question.
Tried reaching out to the admission team, but the office seems shut.
