Will XL accept GMAT scores for GMP( next batch onwards)? what are the chances of this being done?
I keep hearing about the friction between BM and GMP guys. Hope this batch(on both sides) acts more maturely :-)
Wonder where you got that from??
.......Chill.....I think guys back at XL are "mature" enough!

At the risk of sounding like a rabidly loyal XLer(which I am turning into), I would like to point out that XLRI started the 1 year GMP in 1997 whereas IIMA and IIMC have started theirs last year and this year respectively....

Well,IIM-PGPX(A and C) and ISB also selects candidates thru GMAT. I think unlike CAT/XAT, the idea of getting workex professionals thru GMAT is to select the brightest minds from an international gamut of experience and aptitude rather than search for the best talents in India .Agreed CAT/XAT is tougher to crack than probably score a 680-690 in GMAT(no offense meant), but i guess Indian B-schools have adopted a balanced approach of written scores and profile scanning (based on acads and workex) to select candidates for Exec-PGP-an approach generally followed across the world.
