Why do you want to do HR??
@writetotanveer I think this is one area where I see most of the organizations struggling...Every organization puts lots of emphasis on this department,but somehow this department still requires a lot of effort in understanding resources,their aspiration, the challenges they are facing..I relate to this field and was involved in managing resources in a project.I like understanding people,their aspirations,the various circumstances which affect their productivity..So,I would like to pursue this course.

The construction, which began in the middle of 2011, is scheduled to complete by December 31, 2012. We are hoping that by the time we send in our proposal for the increase in batch intake next year, the new construction will be complete, Father George said.

@writetotanveer this did not happen..some issues halted construction..XL is beside my home..
@writetotanveer Sir...HR has been my dream since i started preparation..i have been laughed upon by my friends,peers,who said HR is one who does nothing in a organisation..
But what i believe a good HR adds more value to a firm than others... HR is one job where you can do a lot, in terms of contributing to organizational decision-making, fostering a high performance work culture, and making the lives of employees better....i think i am more of a organizer and planner..than a guy who would fight financial terms and stats...i like to make things happen...

@writetotanveer sir Being a GEM candidate....i know it would be tough for me against guys which have better profile than me...but how to highlight the part in PI in which i am good at..IT has been my bread and butter...but i am more than just a next door IT guy...what are the steps i should take to project my true self...

Adds more value than others - PROVE and QUANTIFY You cannot make a blanket statement like that !! Unless you can back it up!!
