wats the cutoff score to get a call.does xime consider sectional cutoffs.wats the fee structure and placement scenario this year.
cut off for CAT is 91 percentile.
cut off for XAT is 86 percentile.
Fees Structure:
1st year - Rs. 1,60,000 to be paid in 4 installments of 40,000.
in addition : text books : Rs.9000
Uniform Cost : 3000
Caution Deposit : 15000
Laptop Cost : Vendor price ( Can be bought individually)
2nd year - Rs 1,90,000
in addition Text books : 9000
Placements week is scheduled to be held in the 2nd week of Feb.

Hi I am Pradip fm Rajkot(Gujarat).
I am in last year of Engineering. I had given CAT this year.and now i am confused that of which college form should i fii up.
I got 82% in 10 std.
I got 78% in 12 std.
My BE aggregate percentage is 69%.
In CAT I am getting
47 in Qua
42 in DI
07 in Eng as per CL & TIME analysis
12 in Eng as per IMS & career forum analysis
96/101 overall
And Expected Percentiles
94.5 as per IMS
95 as per Career forum
94.44 as per TIME
90 as per CL
92 as per Test Funda
But my eng section persentile is only 37-47.
can i get call from XIME?
sectional cut off is required?
minimum persentile in eng is how many.

Cut off for CAT is minimum 90%.
Placement week at XIME will be held in the month of FEB.
Last Year,
Avg salary : 5.5 lacs/annum
Highest salary : 10 lacs / annum
You still hav XAT to go.. You can apply thru that... XAT cutoff is 85%.

at 29.5 u will get 80-90%ile? who told u tht? go thru the xat discussio thread 2 have a clear idea abt ur approx expected %ile and according 2 me it shd be atleast 97 if ur score remains at 29.5 at the end also.
and xat cut off is 86%ile for xime

your score looks decent enough. I cannot comment if XIME if worth for you to aply. I can only give you some facts and you can decide accordingly.
The avg salary last year was 5.85 lacs and highest was around 10.75 lacs.
We have to accept the fact that XLRI is one of the top bschools in the country. It is comparable to IIMS. Now certainly XIME does not have "comparable" placements to XLRI.

Last year the cutoof was 85 percentile for XAT and 91 percentile for CAT to get a call. Now I cannot comment on the cutoff this year as it depends on the number of people filling the forms and the percentile they have.

d xime form asks for both CAT and XAT marks...we have to write both and they will select accordingly as wat we clear???is dat wat d case???m a bit confused:sad:

Yes u can fill both the scores....u will get a call based on the best of the two.
my xat score will be around 17-18. Can i expect a call from XIME?
