Can someone help understand why they choose HR as their option ? What are the roles and responsibilities that an XLRI HRM graduate would take up ? I would appreciate if seniors could share their experiences or provide links to articles which actually give an idea of what an XLRI HR deals with at work.
The other articles about HR that i have found off the internet seem very vague and do not give an idea of what an XLRI passout is likely to deal with on graduating.
