Recent incident where you used fact finding skills and it's outcome? Who according to you is the best manager you have ever met? The last incident where you asked for the feedback from anyone? Why did you do so? When did you support your relative or friend in a tense or emotional situation? What was the outcome? When did your decision help your friend in their life/career? When did you underperform under someone else leadership? What did you do to overcome? What makes you happy and what makes you sad? Describe an incident where you did a lot of paper work? What did you do to keep them in the order?
