Anyone selected for GMP program in XLRI: Can you inform with how the self assesment works ?
What is the dress code for these interviews ? Do people wear full formals with suits ?
Is there anyone who has cleared XLRI BM and HR at 95.8 percentile in XAT. Especially female candidates?

Any tips for Asyncronous Interview? GMP Candidates ?
Got 95.5 percentile in XAT. Didn't applied for HR. Any realistic chance for BM , looking at present scenario? This year 98.5 to 95 is jam packed. Difference in decimal is making huge impact in percentile. So considering all factors what's ur say? Thanks in advance.🙂
