Are XLRI-HR students allowed to sit for non-HR profiles during placement?
One more query (please bear with me :( ) In the interviews how do working guys show off their experience..? I mean should I coax experience certificate out of my employer?..It won't give shit...until I resign. Please guide.

Can someone say how does XLRI interview dates slot booking work. Have always seen people from Bangalore having interviews around end of FEB and People from New Delhi having it around end of March. How is it possible? Seniors please give an insight.
