Hi, Did anyone try to register for XAT 2013 using the Online Payment Gateway. The amount got deducted for me, but the receipt did not get generated. Did anyone face similar issues? the xat helpline is also not reachable :frowning: Thanks…

or me its not even workinf..i tried thrice..everytime its showing transaction failed

yeah face the similar issue dont worry it will show you link for uploading photo and signature after some time mine took around 20 hours..

do we need transaction detail page?? If so unable figure out how going to have it.

Hi Puys,

I have made a mistake in entering my Primary Email ID. Now I am unable to edit/update the email ID nor am I able to create a fresh registration.

Please guide me on what can I do...

I too faced the similar issue today... What is the next step???? Even I didnt receive any receipt

everyone who is facing the same issue posted my me earlier no need to worry

I do got the upload link in my home page and did the needful.

Copy of transaction detail is not a mandate confirmation is sufficient enough.

@niksjans u can pay through any bank card.

i have made online payment for XAT. so now how do i apply for XLRI ? its showing apply XLRI . so do i have to pay once again for XLRI? asking bcz didnt have any payment slip as payment made through online mode . plz rply

@MeherShiva i made payment for XAT through online mode. can you tell where to get the receipt of the transaction? do u require to send the receipt of online payment slip print out with the XAT REGISTRATION CONFORMATION PAGE? PLZ RPLY.

The following is an extract from the FAQ's, the same happened to me and i followed the procedure as under

  1. I have paid twice using online payment option. What should I do?

o Kindly send an email to [email protected] with your XAT ID, date of payment, transaction number for both the payment, card holders name and the credit/debit card details (first four & last four digits and card expiry date).

call them on their helpline number and drop an email [email protected] .

to know the procedure for refund.

payment slip is not a mandate as the confirmation page have transaction details column.

you might have two rows in that...

as a reply to ur earlier question..xlri regn will start from sept 3.so wait till then..

receipt of ur xat acceptance...even i am not sure of that 😞 i did not find any status link anywhere 😞 i just tracked my speed post which read as delivered.

Why would XAT use "mx.fakemx.net" , BTW MX is the mail exchange server...
