Hello
I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad working at Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd. since past 1 month. My job profile is supervising the operators on a daily basis. Growth seems stagnant and there is nothing new to learn. I want to do MBA and then business in future. My father is a government contractor. Should I start working (contractorship) full time with him? Will this be counted at as work exp in my application for top B schools? And what can I learn from contractorship?
All advises and suggestions are welcomed.
