Where can one do an MBA for free?


There is only one post regarding this and it talks about programs in Sweden which were free back then but not anymore. I know one other program - icici business leadership mba (the prog has bond for ~5 yrs with icici bank, and the competition is so tough that chances of selection are feeble)
Also FMS is also more or less free only, if one has home in delhi. Competition for JBIMS is beyond my reach (99.95+ in CAT).....


What are some other options? (in India or abroad)
