1. welingkar's admission starts late. i heard the last date wil b around 25th feb. hw true is this and does this imply for CAT candidates also?
2. wat was last yr's cutoff?
3. hw r the placements at welingkar?
4. hw gud is blore campus? wat was the cutoff?

2.wht was the last yr cat cut-off for welingkar?is there any sectional cut-off?

3.does welingkar accept any other scores other than CAT apart from MAHCET?

4.how good are the placements at the mumbai campus?

1st of all dnt refer me as "sir"....m just a student..."sir" makes me feel older:grin:

even last year the last date of submission was in feb...so i feel it shud b the same this year too..bt u guyz need to cross check it once

welingkar accepts CAT XAT ATMA CET scores....
u need to enter the marks in the form...

cutoffs depend on profile to profile....
ppl with high workex may get thru with even 85%ile in CET...
others need to have scores greater than 95%ile...
ther are no sectional cutoffs...


its too early to comment on placements now...
infrastructure n faculty is gud...n absolutely no issues wid it....

u said 85%-95% in CET dependin upon workex. bt i believed tht in CET workex has only 2marks weightage frm total of 240. or u meant CAT n nt CET?

hw mch weightage does welingkar giv to acads, CAT-test, work-ex, GD/PI etc ?

as u said, placement figs r yet nt out. though, can we kno the placement figs of last yr?

is it completely a residential course? or can we hav our own accomodation? wat is the capacity n fees of hostel?

n also, any idea bout above info for blore campus?
