“Why do you go away? So that you can come back. So that you can see the place you came from with new eyes and extra colors. And the people there see you differently, too. Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving.” - Terry …
Okay, this thread is for people who have no time to sit. They are on the move for days. They like it in the train, bus, car.. and even better on Bike. They relish the countryside, the breeze, the grass, the ponds, the farms, the road!! :sigh:
Here, *please share your experiences about the Places you've loved to travel to, or lived in!!
*Share all your journey experiences which still mesmerize your mind as you were still there.. even if it is just a to and fro from home to college, or a vacation to Shimla or Hrishikesh!!
*Suggest Nice Places to visit in your city, its novelties, eateries, markets.. the nooks of your city, which you think no one knows better than you!!
*Share Pics, if you can!!
I had this urge to be at some place.
Somewhere I wanted to be, I needed to be.
I can't be here always.
I can't be what I am, always.
Bon Voyage.
P.S. @visionIIM-ACL , @deepu sir, see if its okay!! :)

A real good idea for a thread 😃 Will chip in my college's location pics. It's a hillstation of sorts
In past 21 years, I have lived across UP in Kanpur, Agra, Ghaziabad, Mahoba.. then Gujarat i.e. Vadodara, Madhya Pradesh - Gwalior!!
I like traveling by Road or train, equally!!
..and I have been to Mahabaleshwar, Mumbai - Thrice, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Mussoorie, Dehradun, Kasauli!!
Okay, I love Mumbai the most.. as the last time we went on a college trip from Varanasi to Mumbai by train.. and the scenery you could see was breath taking!! Train passing in the back drop of a hill with a waterfall on a steep slope, with engines turned off!! The 'n' number of Tunnels on the way.. and then the hustle bustle of the city. I love it all.
The breeze over marine drive, the water gushing on Nariman point, the rush of Local!! The sleeplessness of the city, and the sparkling water makes this city lovely to look at!!
Let the pics do the talking!! :P

Well I am from basically from Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand... Near bokaro is a place called rajrappa , very religious place ..went there when i was very small and an incident when I was sitting on a rock stone, a monkey came , sat besides me and I pulled the monkey's tail...And was obviously bited ..Jokes apart its a great place if you are a religious person..
Parasnath is also a place nearby, naxalite infected but a pilgrimage for Jains ...went there for a picnic years ago..
Have been to Patna, Ranchi, Pavapuri, Bhagalpur, Munger(the Karn Desh of hindu mythology)..
Apart from my state went for a family trip to Andman and Nicobar Islands, fabulous place , exotic beaches and a place where you can have goose bumbs if you see the light and sound program in the famous Cellular Jail of Port Blair..
Have also been to saharanpur in UP and Mumbai and aurangabad in Maharashtra..
Have even been to puri and bhubaneshwar in orissa..Indian ancient artistry can be viewed and be proud about.

I have two options my parents have given me in case I am joining a B-school this year:
1. Go to Malaysia - Thailand for 10 odd days.
2. Go to Shillong-Gangtok for 20 odd days.
I am inclined to the latter. :D
