I havent got an official admit mail/call yet.. But on the ApplyYourself link for moore it says my decision status is "fully admitted to the International Master of Business Administration program for entry in the Summer II of 2011...
Ms. Jennifer Hunsicker, the Program Manager for the International Master of Business Administration program will serve as your advisor while in the program. She will be contacting you soon with additional information. You should also receive official notice of your admission from the Graduate School within a few days..."
This was dated the 16th of dec. No other updates till now.

The same update is for me on the website. I sent them an e-mail asking about the details but got the response that mail might be on its way. It was mentioned that give them sometime to contact you since the university will be closed from 24 dec till 03 Jan.
So by what time do you think we have to pay the initial deposit.
Moreover wat are your plans like..? Have you got any other admits..

Hi sorry for the late reply. Been really busy with work. I mailed them too. Havent got a response yet. I don't know by when will we have to pay the initial deposit. Am probably lost as you are. 😃 My plan as of now is to wait for two more responses. No other admits yet. Depends on scholarship/fellowships im given. I am applying to Moore by 15th Feb. Currently working on my essays. Could you please share your profile and interview experiences? How long did it take for you guys to get an interview call after you submitted your applications?

Interview can last around 45-60 min. For me it was all about the application, the person asked me about my professional experiences as well as whats all iz there in d news. He also discussed that how I M planning to finance my MBA.

Hmm...U dont have to worry abt the interview. It will be taken by the recruiting director, Marcelo, I believe. Moreover, just be famiiar with your essays and whatever you are writing in your application. Its good if you ask them questions. So chillax. N gv your best shot.

@DD- I second what Utsav said. My interview was taken by Danielle. Apart from the regular questions (why mba, why now, why moore etc etc), I was additionally asked some current global issues and related questions. Like the current EU currency crisis. Whats the latest with the developing and developed nations. But I think that might have been more of a behavioral questions rather than GK questions. Like whats going on in my mind and my perspective about things. So do read up on the popular global headlines. Have a ready opinion. Be cool. Be confident. And know your story right. :-)

@Utsav- Whats up man? Any news about aid? I STILL havent received the official letter ya. Im gonna drop them an email on monday about both. Aid and my official admit letter. Do they send you a mail telling you that you have NOT received any aid? When are you reaching Delhi?

Hi Anu,
I have got an admit from Moore with 20K scholarship. I also have following admits from other B schools:
1) William and Mary Mason S of B- approximately 12 K scholarship for each year
2) Case western - 17 K scholarship per year
3) Crosby (Uni of Missouri)- No Scholarship
The cost of these three programs is coming out to be approx 36 lacs (considering the scholarships)
I wanted to know the approximate cost of complete MBA in Moore if I choose Global track (including cost of living and the abroad study program for two weeks).
How is the job scenario @ Moore? Are the career services good especially for international students?
How is the course and the teaching for Marketing?
Can you please advice me on selecting the right MBA program for myself.

Interview lasted only for 5 mins.
Didn't get the I20 still and no scholarship.
Are scholarship details revealed before the I20 is sent? I'm asking this because i got the scholarship details along with the I20 for the other univs i applied to.

The Marketing concentration is really good in our school. The professors are well connected. As for the placements records, it has been OK. A little difficult for International Students though.
