Hi friends

My name is Umesh. I wrote GMAT earlier this month & got a lousy 680.
I wanted some inputs on the better B-schools where i can apply with this score. Further on my profile:

I have 10 years of experience in Telecommunications Software in various positions as Team Leader, Engineering Manager etc and worked with really top companies. I have done BE in Electronics & Comm and also MS in Software Systems from BITS pilani. I have been a topper in BE & CGPA of 8.05 in MS.

Pls help in suggesting which B-schools can i target in US.

Also i am confident that i can increase my score by atleast 30 points in next attempt. Pls also suggest on this.
