Hi. I have an urgent query only on State Civil Service Exams of india. I am from West Bengal. I am a General Category candidate. My date of birth is 30th. Sept. 1981. I want to sit for the different state civil service exams in India EXCEPT of West Bengal. I can't sit for UPSC as i crossed 30 years. My questions are :- - I want to sit for the state civil service exam of that state which has more vacancy for their respective civil service. - The age limit should be atleast 35 years. - They have the oppurtunity of quick promotion to IAS. Is there any state which comes under all these qualities. Please Help....
