I have my OBC NCL certificate made in 2010 and recently applied for a new one...but at max in this short time i will get it issued by SDO/SDM(ANUMANDAL PADADHIKARI)....As on the site it is required to upload the format is issued by DM....is certi issued by SDO/SDM is sufficient??
