Are the evaluators of these coaching classes are all Csat crackers?/ If yes only then i can trust them, i have seen many people blaming many institutes out of sheer depression as they didnt crack it

So far as ur question is concerned the evaluation are given by cse qualified candidates
Do not Join any coaching institute just by its tall claims. There shouild never be any doubt that it is your ability and hard work that will fetch you high pedestal of success.
Just Make An Analysis of ur Strength, then see Nature & Difficulty Level of the questions asked both in Pre & Main. Do u face any difficulty to solve them independently ? i hope ur answer will probably in No.

Do any one has previous year paper of(and cutoff etc data of) APFC in EPFO Ministry Of Labour.
ie exam held in the year 1999 , 2002 & 2004....
No Record of Cut offs Available , However Arihant recently published a book for APFC But it s in Hindi Medium.( May be They Will Publish In English too) Bad News is that Its Already Out Of Stock On Flipkart & Arihant

lol, no. The Administrative service is essential to run the nation, already there are alot of unfilled vacancies in the IAS plus all the retirees are to be replaced.
