Today, saw a discussion which include a point that till now very minimal "reserved camdidates" got cabinet secretary post.... Is really discrimination persists after becoming an IAS Officer??????

Guyz can anyone plz help me. Is this as per 6th pay or 7th pay? what is the approx salary as per 7th pay?

He is Dr.Rajender from Telangana. Addressing students in the commemoration of Ambedkar in a University yesterday, he said "Me and my wife became doctors and earned status with the help of reservation.As I'm financially stable now I pledge on this day to giveup reservation of my two kids.If I don't do this, I could never help achieve Ambedkar's ideals." All the audience immediately gave a standing applause and he is an inspiration for many. Wonder how many politicians or people who now finally can stand on their own ever giveup these crutches??
