Guys is there any problem if i have gap year of 5 years after class 12th...if i prepare for upsc and other govt exams???
One of my friends want to take upsc exam. He is 2016 pass out . But he took 2015 exam also by filling wrong information, filling 2015 as his final year . Now he is in dilemma if he should fill this attempt his 2nd or 1st. If he fills this as 2nd attempt, will there be any problem , can they find out that he appeared for the exam previously by filling false information. If he fills as 1st attempt ,can they find out its his 2nd attempt. What should he do???
