Hello All, could you please confirm in which format you have mentioned and uploaded your experience for the assistant director system post.. As I can see in advt they have mentioned a particular format. Is it compulsory to upload in that format only? I saw in all private organisation they don't keep nature of works in experience certificates, and generally they give at the time of exit process. Please put your thought.

I guess Gopal Krishan is right..upsc mostly rejects candidates based on some exp cert related things as its felt from scrutiny list published on portal....i guess government employee have upper hand as private orgnaisation only issue in their format only

can anybody tell me that I have not uploaded my experience certificate as I am working in a gov't org and in gov't org it takes time.In that situation my candidature will be rejected?
