notification comes for apfc..
UPSC site is not responding at all.applications are taking 10-12 hours to get filled up if one gets lucky..there is something seriously wrong..many people I know are not able to apply because of site problems..last date is approaching, what should be done???

In the Official Notification, apart from Total Emoluments of 44730/- there are mention of Travelling Allowance and HRA. But exactly what are the amounts that are paid under these 2 heads, anybody knows? What is the total monthly Salary before any deduction? If anyone knows, please reply. Thanks in advance.
