Hey guys today I tried to fill the preference form but it was reflected on the site of uppsc that application form filling date was allowed upto yesterday only whereas no last date was given on the website of uppsc for the same.what to do please help

JE se already Promote hue AE (jo UPPSC 2013 batch se pehle ho chuke) vaalo ko pehle preference milta hai for X En ya Jo yeh 2013 Batch hai inke bande....Who will get priority??.....kyonki Irrigation mein 300 AE (2008,11) vaalo se already hum log junior hain........
I have one doubt, if those getting high marks are called for BSA then just below that cutoff, the next person can overtake BSA person by scoring good marks in interview. Aisa to nhi h ki jo log BSA ke liye call kiye gaye hain wo interview mein bhi top number layenge. How can someone predict that???

Yesterday I applied for NOC, they said kam se kam 1 mahina lagega. My intrvw date 05.02.2019. Even if I give undertaking of 21 days, I won't be able to firnish that within stipulated time. Very worried. Guidance/suggestions needed.
