Hii i am a scientist working in isro with promotion to grade pay equivalent of 6600 die in july 2019. Permanent job location soon to be is bangalore . location is very good but far from my home state UP. Considering all this is it worth to leave isro job for irrigation AE mech ? Motivation is to be near to my home. ( though lucknow is a posting location in isro but getting transfer there is very difficult ) Anyone having background information about irrigation mech AE job profile , posting locations , frequency of postings and promotion durations please guide.

Friends, I am working in UP Jal Nigam as AE from 3 yrs, kya mujhe PWD/Iriiggation ke liye jana chahiye mera pura, money ke matter me PWD ka AE kitna kama leta hai aur Irrigtion ka AE kitna? Yahan promotion 5 saal me ho jayega, wahan shyad promotion ki bhi dikkat hai
Jo Bhai kahi bi AE ki post pe hai last 2-3 year se Uske liye yha aana samazdari Nahi hoga sabse jaruri hota hai engineering Mai EE banna chaye department koi bi ho EE bas EE hota hai Puri division Ka Malik , Jo AE abi 1-1.5 ki hi naukari Kar pate wo AA sakte hai ,par Jo 2+ years se AE hai wo yha aake apna career Mai kaafi peeche Chala jayega as compared to their colleagues.baaki aap Sab ki marzi., Jo yha fir bi aayega to wo SE se retired ho jayega lekin Jha abi hai wha CE se retire hoga jindagi bhar Retired Chief engineer likha rahega naam ke baad. Jisko NOC nahi mil raha wob log kya kar rahe.......some company /govt dont give NOC . They directly give resignation relieving when you are selected by serving notice period. ..!!! uppsc mein kya provision hai?? 1. undertaking lekar interview dene dega and then in final result they will write Provision ....then joining seh pahele relieving leh kar aao. 2. Ya interview hi nahi dene dega. Abhi jo uppsc 2016 pcs ka result usme bahut log Provision wale hai. Plz discuss

Teeno department Ka analysis karne ke baad pata chala hai ki AE se EE promote hone Mai IRRIGATION Mai 8-9 saal lagega , PWD Mai 12-14 Saal lagega , RES Mai 5-6 Saal lagega ab iss hisab se sab Bhar le.
