4 UR seats means 4 top scorers are selected regardless of category. I don't know if the results are fair or not but I'm out. Someone below said 106 OBC and 108.5 UR is the cut off. It's no doubt high but I accept my defeat. Let's move on as we can't do anything for LMRC.
