Yesterday my friend visited Shakti bhawan as some meeting was there. I had insisted him to pick up info about cutoff by any means. He told me that cutoff is around 127-127.5 . He said he was not 100 percent sure but it is around this only. I don't know this info is right or not but now I think 136 plus are only safe for up domicile and outsiders 139.
