i have a B.E in ECE...2 years work experience in Infosys..GMAT score of 610/800..TOEFL score of 102/120

Yes, there is a Spring intake in UTD...but the application deadline is already over for this Spring..

Hi,
I Just applied UTD MBA FALL Session yesterday and got a preliminary interview call today. Can anyone tell me about this preliminary video interview. I mean what questions are asked and what do they mean by preliminary interview. Do they invite everyone. Please help me with this.

I have applied for the Fall 2010 MBA program on Jan 15th but have not heard from them yet. My profile is as follows:

GMAT: 600
TOEFL iBT: 104/120
Work Ex: 3 years by the start of the program.
Undergrad GPA: 3.6
Extra Curr: ok

I would like to know if someone applied at this time and have heard from them... pls share your profile

No They just got back to me last week that they had'nt received my TOEFL score...
but iv nt heard from them since.

The most itching thing over here is that it is a preliminary round.. I don't know how many rounds will be there..

Yes , I am done with it. It lasted only for 20 min.
Questions were pretty generic like:

1) Tell me about urself [ in B/W u may be stopped and asked something about ur work or why u took a decision (like leaving or joining a company)]
2) Why mba
3) why UTD
4) Any question u would like to ask us
5) Question on low undergrad grades

If u need to know anyother thing, feel free.
All the best for ur interview...

That's cool... One more thing, it is mentioned as that this is prelimenary round.. So did they mention you about next step ? ..

Moreover, please highlight in this forum the strong point of UTD which made you to apply for it.. It will be an eye-opener for rest of us...

it was cool.. I had it yesterday...

Apart from slow internet issues, everything else was fine..
I was asked 3 -4 questions and all together it took 20 min max..

Was it same for you?

Ya , it was pretty same fr me. Ws ur interview with joanna nelson. When have they said the result will be out. Can you share ur profile with me and other colleges u have applied?
