cut off - 128/200 (ur) decriptive - 15/50 interview - 50 (last year most of d students got less than 20) ratio - 75:25 (w:i) final cut off - 61.62 (general ) 54.87 (obc)

Hey Guys I am branch manager in OBC, scale -2, my gross salary is around 52000/- plus another 15000/- of rent and allowances, can anyone please advise whether I should try for this job or not? I am very keen on quitting the bank job, I don't care much about the salary amount, I am under 28 years, I am looking forward for a job with less pressure. I don't know much about this job so any suggestion would be helpful Thanks in advance :-)

4 years bond is there and if one fails to serve for 4 years one is liable to pay a year's salary, Ain't that too much to ask, really surprised to see that in the notification, 4 years is a long period to commit for.

Cons of giving this exam :

1. 4 years Bond - 25000 plus 1 year salary (6 lakh).

2. Posting only in western and southern regions.

3. Less number of seats = high competition

4. Considerably high cutoff - More than sbi po cutoff
