Ahh, good of you to start a separate thread. Anyways, applied and got an R1 admit with 20k fellowship. My profile:

It all depends on whether I can secure enough financing. Right now, it's a toss-up between ISB and UCLA, with ISB ahead. Somehow, Pittsburgh doesn't appeal to me although CMU has a great course. Will decide once the Ross decision comes in.

Yeah i guessed so, but from what i have heard UCLA stopped co-signing a couple of years ago...so lets hope for the best.

I was interviewed on the 3rd of December and had submitted my app around the 6th of October.

Sure, np. Although, to be honest, a US MBA is looking very very difficult for want of funding. But I'll still give it my best shot. BTW, in case you guys aren't aware, ISB and UCLA have announced a joint course (Finance), which is open to students from both institutes.

Well correct me if I am wrong , but you do not have to apply for any major right now , you pick and choose elective courses during your study.

My Inclination otherwise is towards the strategy side.

What is your profile like ?

Hi,

can somebody tell me what exactly is the fee amount for the MBA program. On UCLA's official website the amount is $67226 but that is a Sample 2009/2010 Nine Month Student Budget. Since this is a 21 months course how exactly can i calculate the total amount ??

Hi all,

i have couple of more queries.
1. How can i convert my college percentage to GPA. I realize that this is a generic query but this is my first application to any college.
2. I haven't seen a transcript before, but does the transcript contains GPA? Moreover, can i leave the GPA information blank while filling up the application if transcript contains this information?

Please Help as time is running out for me

I got into UCLA with 30K fellowship and ISB with 3 lakh scholarship. I'm in the similar predicament on what school to choose. As of now, I am leaning towards ISB.
