I wanted to check if anyone can guide me a way around to get the transcripts from the University..specifically Univ of Mumbai. I live in US and it seems like a daily fight to get anything out of them. I have called and sent numerous emails. Unfortunately, I don't have any family member left in Mumbai who can follow up for me :(

Also, will the transcript include 12th to B.Com ?
