I am planning to apply to Harvard in the 2nd round - Jan11 2011.

I have hit a roadblock and would like to ask you all for any suggestions.

so the problem goes like this..

I have an undergraduate engineering degree in English and would be eligible for the TOEFL waiver.

Then I worte the TOEFL and was confident of getting more than 110.Unfortunately i have scored 106 and the minimum score needed for harvard is 109.To add on, ETS is by default going to send out the scores to Harvard( i had specified harvard as one of the schools to recieve my TOEFL score).
I called ETS and they said that harvard can see my score without my authorisation.
Now i want to know if i can ask for the TOEFL waiver or HBS would reject my application based on my TOEFL scores( i will not mention the TOEFL scores on my Appication?
