Could any body be kind enuf to tell me if i need to take TOEFL or not?

I have got my GMAT scheduled on comin 27th. (yeah! pray for me.. lol )

So need to know if i need or need not take TOEFL as i have considerable work ex in english speaking countries

my profile:
B.Tech , 70%
Work Ex: 5+ yrs, vivid fields at IT-software/hardware, team management etc.
Including one year in australia and a few weeks in Taiwan.
Currently based at sydney.
extra-curr: average

What are the chances and what all colleges can I apply with a score of say around 650-700 and the profile as i stated above
