@pratskool Have you given advanced sectional 3? I had a tragic outing.. 3-4 LR mistakes to galat kar hi diye because of misreading the question, 2 RC set bhi pure galat ho gaye. And misc VA mistakes to chalte rehte hai. 30A 13W, even worse than AIMCAT 1305.

@RoadKill after getting 4 l.r q wrong and 2 rc whole wrong... 30 13 seems decent.. i mean to say.. u got a lot of grammar questions right !! grammar troubles me a lot.... but on a serious note.. we need 2 make sure all d l.r questions r ryt.. coz if dey come to the standards of last year.. i am sure. 30% junta would have all of dem correct... so my focus is to get all L.R questions ryt... R.Cs and PJ's ryt... and rest is "bhagwan bharose " !!!
@RoadKill TIME VA sectionals ka ek repository bana lo please. Like the one for QADI. It will help gauge what a good score is. Others taking VA sectionals please post score there as well.
(2 + 1)^1024 - 1 = 1024C0 2^1024*(-1)^0 + .... 1024C1 2^1*(-1)^1023 + 1024C0 2^0*(-1)^1024 -1 since last term cancels out -1 and 2nd last term contains the least power of 2 which is 11... i think answer should be 11... u can solve these type of problems by binomial expansion.. there may be better methods
@bemad I guess isko splitting into (a+b)(a-b) se banana hai. You will get (3^512+1)(3^256+1)(3^128+1)(3^64+1)(3^32+1)(3^16+1)(3^8+1)(3^4+1)(3^2+1)(3+1)(3-1).
So as can be seen all terms are even and 11 terms + 1 term as 4 is 2^2. so 12 should be the answer I guess.
@Omkarp Your nosedive is just 1 mark sharper than mine. We had the same score in 1306. 1305 mein I had 46. Anyway, I marked a couple of LR wrong. That father daughter RC is probably all wrong cos I speculated in overconfidence. 4-5 non RC galtiyon ka to pata hai, baaki ka dekhna padega kal.
I somehow managed to repeat, rather exceed, this badass performance in a sectional today with 13W out of 30A. LR mein katwa raha hoon aur RC mein tricky questions detect hi nahi kar raha hoon! Para Completion and Para Jumbles have also gone for a six. PG Prep section ke kaafi questions mein bambu ho gaya mere (though I do feel that some are illogical if not downright incorrect.)
@Ritwick181 I made a thread, google doc mein kya daale ab. 😐 Chipka raha hoon apne scores, tum bhi aa jaao public humiliation mein.

Arey bhai, you are in a better state. Mera, last year ka ek sim diya sectional main toh 30 aaya. 22A 13C. Fir aaj SIM8 diya, 24A 15C. :banghead:
100%ile aane ke baad se aise hi scores aa rahe hai.. I swear I wasn't or am not complacent...
LR main tagda katta ho raha hai. Suddenly ban hi nahi rahe LR. Aur VA main mistakes badh gayi hai all of a sudden. RC main mera stock number hai 3 mistakes ka..
So 3RC + 4VA + 2LR -> 9 mistakes, aur main saare LR kar nahi paaya toh less than 25 attempts. I have a plan to get myself out of this, but it is just a plan until it works.
@Omkarp I have no issues solving LR. I have an issue marking them correctly. Aaj ke sectional mein I misread the set completely. Apna hi ek question bana ke usey solve kar diya aur teeno question mark kar diye. Somehow one answer coincided.
I gave a TF mock today as well, and cut down on attempts drastically seeing my accuracy has dipped nowadays. 24A 21C = 59. Looks decent, but 99.6%ile on TF's low userbase does not seem to be too assuring. Para Completion is a gaping hole, I can see.
