Option c:- Sounds like a possibility, but nothing substantial has been mentioned in the passage regarding people misusing globalisation such that it becomes a failure..so we cannot say that the onus is on peple to make it a success, as the reason for it becoming a failure has not been thrust upon people..
Optiond :- most appropriately goes with the last sentence....just continuing the idea that it has been a failure too..so d

(3) He is more than a minnow to his contemporaries.
(4) The difference between 'the best of this generation' and 'the best ever' is a matter of perception

The OA should be C...I think TIME has erred here...I also marked it as B....but for parajumbles the OA is not set by any institute like TIME...technically it's the author of the article who sets the OA...All coaching institutes just pick up any para from a article and jumble it...but still the OA is given by the author....It might be quite possible that there is another way presenting the thoughts of author for better coherence....but when a question is made from a para...in a way that coaching institute is acceding to the fact that...the way author has presented his/her ideas is the best way possible...!!!
