I think they gave a Fair deal with awarding just 3 marks for having all that they have! (fairer sex - "take it positively")

Honestly leave mediocrity and all aside I think any day we would be ready to give that seat to super-models but not at the cost of our seat

@[299144:datta123] i dont think c can even think of diluting their brand value... they are in joka after all... hopefully they would have the sense... but lets put aside their interview performance... lets say a guy has an equally good profile as another girl... n he doesnt get a call because somehow he didnt have the right set of chromosomes.. this is a stepback... not one forward... i sincerely believe that women are more than capable ... no need to undermine them by patronising them... correct me if i am wrong

May be something to do with societal pressures and the amount of participation from their side, that's why such steps are needed in the first place...

@[299144:datta123] exactly my point... i think you are right... but iim is one place which i think was capable of thinking on its own feet..rather than taking the old way out... why not have special sessions or seminars for women.. there must be some way to encourage participation without sacrificing the ethics they are known for... and i dont think this solves any problem...
