It has been an exhilarating 15-16 hrs...hardly slept in the meanwhile...

First of all thanx to @visionIIM-ACL ...@kinji.at.pg1 ...@raghav507 ...for giving me an opportunity to be a part of a national phenomenon...the journey was just awsum to say the least...made gr88 frens...
Coming to CAT 12...it was kind of vengeance that i came up with...i messed up cllg placements...gave 8-10 interviews but didn't clear any...in the end decided not to think of a job and prepare full heartedly for CAT 12...had lots on stake...but in the end result was very sweet...
@anupam001 My 4am type buddy on PG...any problem..i used to ping him up...i kno u will make it huge in the FIN world...calls aayenge ache waale...
@Omkarp My VA go to buddy...don't worry NMIMS is on...aur MDI bhi acha chance hain...

@fisherking Don't u wry dude...even i failed in CAT 11 and that too in QA...but hit back very hard this year...i kno u wld come back next year...and wld be very happy to see ur foto flashing on social networking sites...

There would be few among us who will feel that they haven't scored as much as they expected, but that is how things are in life!! Even in life, we do not get whatever we expect or deserve at the time we want it. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to accept this, moving ahead with what we have at present.
Do not bug yourselves by criterias of different B-Schools and deter your determination.
Prepare very well for all the calls that you get and convert them. Remember, converting a call and then not joining a college is much more pleasant than not being able to convert the call and saying that I was not interested in converting this call.
Also, respect all the calls that you get and put in our best efforts.
@kinji.at.pg1 Bhai and yours truly are very proud of this team. Each and every one of you is a gem in himself irrespective of what CAT numbers say. If not CAT, am sure you all would be scoring high in XAT.
@Omkarp Sirjee, NITIE aur MDI convert karne k baad, uski party me decide karna aage ka plan 😃 You have been among the best and VA god for many of us out here and will always remain :)
@CBZ123 - We already talked, hoping that you convert the calls that you get especially NITIE and then decide later. 😃
@raven_007 - Buddy, don't give it up just because of one season. There have been people from UDT and DT who have struck back really hard at CAT in following year and I am sure you can maul CAT any day... it was just a bad day.. and we all will love to see you either getting into XL this year or the post with score that you deserve next year! 😃

@DEBJITNAG - Congratulations sir, awesome!! You were always DT material and we know how tough it was for us to have you in UDT. Anyways, you have continued the tradition of UDT where scores of DT get challenged by UnderDogs! All the best for next phase! 😃

Last but not the least, captain @FSOG - Led from the front throughout the season, awesome score to keep up the promise and as you know, still a part of it is left and I am sure that would be fulfilled too by the time season ends! 😃 One of the best UDT Captains that we have ever had in terms of being active, helpfulness and in asking for treats!! Ab to treat dena bhi seekh lo 😛 😛
Lets plan a confy sometime after shortlists of few top B-Schools is out and plan ahead can be discussed to prepare etc. 😃

Remember, battle has just begin... and you need to conquer this to reach ultimate goal. N number of calls without a convert hold no value in comparison to 1 call that gets converted. Take your best foot forward to put in best efforts and make the results count.

Before the calls start coming in and u guys start with formal GDPI prep. I have some advice for you. Recollect all PORs, achievements, critical events of your life. The most important thing is not your GK etc etc. , it is about creating a credible story of your life that tells the faculty that you have a set of skills/abilities that you have exhibited in your life. Do this before you pick up any primer from any institute. Know the facts of your life clearly first and everything else will start falling in place.
