@raven_007 Honestly speaking, I dont see chances of seat increase this year. Some legal issues have happened and most probably campus extension wont be completed within time.
guys i want to know what was the individual score at 98 percentile in each section for xat 2012..and what was the overall score for 99.5+ percentile..can anyone please help me??

QA 42-44%
VA 44-45%
DM 25% approx
OA 43-44% for 99.5

Mine was 40.75 for 99.31%ile.....:P
Rather than thinking too much about OA cutoff ,try to clear sectional cutoff particularly DM. Try to attempt more in DM so that even if you have poor accuracy, high attempts will see you through. Many people with lower percentiles have also converted so stress on getting call unless you are too much interested in OPJEMS or AB Scholarship.

@ashish13dec -sir wohi toh maine pucha..individual 98 percentile cut off kitni thi har section ki..Agar woh 98 ke upar hui toh overall 99.5+ aa hi jaegi

daar hota hain 2 saal se fail kar raha hoon.. i dont want a hattrick! iift mein udt ka mukh kala kiya so daar toh hain! and i will settle for anything in top6! waise tu chap mat le , udt mein top scorer tu hi rahega :)

aap daroge toh baakiyo ka kya?? and not clearin cut-off in GK by 0.1667 isnt "muh kaala karna".. we know ur overall score was good.. so,aap bhi chaap mat lijiye..

9th jan se pehle bohut daar hain...... and i made a few blunders in the way i approached iift... xat mein nahi hoga woh but then again its all about 9th jan :P
